Hi!


You've stumbled across "Not Another Program Provider", though we generally go by *NAPP* for short. This is our blog, or to keep it on brand, "Not Another Fitness Blog". We like to keep things catchy, clearly!


We thought, what better way to start this blog than to tell you about us. We're not that keen on talking ourselves up, or even talking about ourselves. But, here goes...


About Us


NAPP is the coaching company for those looking to feel seen, and who want to feel success in their pursuit of health and fitness.


We serve to empower and support you to make lasting change, to show up for yourself consistently; day in, day out, from today and for everyday.

We DO NOT pander to hype, gimmicks, quick fixes or short cuts. We cut the wheat from the chaff; acting on what works long term, for lasting results, and lifelong improvements.


Whatever success looks like to you, we will help you forge your path to it. Through communication, collaboration and action, you will achieve your goals - no matter how big, or how small.


We are energised by working with people who are clear in their goals, and are willing to explore how to achieve them. If that’s you, you’ve come to the right place.


Why NAPP?


We were born out of repeatedly witnessing individuals receive training that didn't match their needs, despite adequate communication between coach and client, or due to lack of it.

We see it all the time. The "personalised" athlete with a persistent injury who keeps getting movements that only aggravate the problem. The client with zero kipping pull-ups yet still gets prescribed giant sets of chest to bar, or bar muscle-ups. The office worker with severe restrictions to thoracic extension who's still being prescribed heavy jerks and handstand walks. Sound familiar? We're determined to listen, and put your needs first, to do better.



About the blog


This blog will, as the name suggests, discuss all things health, and fitness. Fitness is a cornerstone of good health, but there's much more to health than the capacity to do a wide array of physical work. Avoiding going into the definition of fitness or health here, we want to emphasise that a better quality of life is the ultimate outcome of our work. This arises from a holistic view that connects the dots between domains of health including the physical but also emotional, mental, relational, environmental and existential. That's right, work environment, job satisfaction, home environment, relationships, lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, and of course activity are all interlinked. Regardless of whether you're an aspiring athlete or a working mum, that sh*t matters. So you can expect to read and learn about them all here. From shorter actionable take-aways, to longer thought-provoking entries, we hope you enjoy what you see. Got a topic you'd like to learn more about? Ask and we'll endeavour to deliver.
